Ronald W. Bird is the Director-Founder of TouchStone Strategies. His goal is to provide a professional level of advisory services to an Entrepreneur who owns a small or medium size business. As noted on the Home Page - the three areas of concentrated advisory services include: 1) Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, 2) Business Valuations and 3) Exit Strategies.
Mr. Bird has 45 years of professional level business experience. He worked in the banking industry for 22 years (most recently with a well known bank on Wall St.) and spent several years in the valuation industry working on numerous post-eacquisition valuations of banks and other businesses. The total value of his assignments is in excess of $1.0 billion. In Mr. Bird's early career he held senior level accounting and finance positions in manufacturing over a 10 year period. He became an Entrepreneur 10 years ago, launching his business advisory practice. He also acquired a real estate agency/business brokerage firm. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey with a Notary Public Commission. He earned both an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Mr. Bird is a Accredited Merger & Acquisition Advisor by The Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors. He is a founding and charter member of this group.

in 2005 and maintains an office in Millburn, NJ.
